By signing up and actively using the ReelinCash program you agree to all terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. ReelinCash may, at any time, choose to edit, add and/or delete portions of this agreement and impose changes without prior notification of its members. Members will be informed of any and all changes to this policy via an email to their primary contact email address provided upon signing up with ReelinCash. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate this agreement or to file an appeal. Your continued participation in the ReelinCash program following our posting of a change in policy notice or new agreement on our site will constitute binding acceptance to the change.

Relationship of the Parties

You and ReelinCash are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement creates any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative or employment relationship between you and ReelinCash. You understand that you do not have authority to make or accept any offers or make any representations on behalf of ReelinCash. You may not make any statement, whether on your site or otherwise, that would contradict anything in this section. You are solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any taxes for money earned while using the ReelinCash program. For privacy and for protection of our marketing strategies no part of the site, emails, newsletters, updates, templates and promotions may be reproduced in any way without prior consent. This includes but it not limited to use of our images, ideas, text, terms or any other information we consider as copyrighted material. Publishing/posting/quoting part or all of such content online or offline by any means or method is prohibited.

ReelinCash will not be liable for lost profits, lost business opportunities, or any other indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or related to this Agreement or ReelinCash program, even if ReelinCash has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Furthermore, ReelinCash aggregate liability arising under this Agreement will not exceed the amount of the total fees paid or payable to you under this Agreement. The provisions of this Section survive termination or expiration of the Agreement.

You may not promote your referral links through unsolicited emailing (i.e. SPAMMING), newsgroup postings, or any other method of mass communication. Failure to comply will result in immediate termination of your membership with ReelinCash and may result in legal prosecution. ReelinCash strictly enforces anti-spamming laws. Spamming is a federal crime. Any member caught spamming will not only have their account terminated immediately and lose any past, present and future earnings, but shall also be held liable for Spamming as we shall cooperate with any authorities and investigations that may arise from the Spamming incident. ReelinCash may charge up to $5 per Spam email sent. Multiple signups shall be grounds for immediate termination of all involved accounts. Signing up multiple times from the same computer also constitutes fraud. ReelinCash will file charges for recovery of any earnings received from multiple signups.

We recognize that privacy is an important issue, so we design and operate our services with the protection of your privacy in mind. This Privacy Policy outlines the types of personal information we gather when you use ReelinCash's services, as well as some of the steps we take to safeguard it.

The following principles apply to the personally identifying information we ask for and that you provide. "Personally identifying information" is information that individually identifies you, such as your name, physical address or email address.

ReelinCash collects limited non-personally identifying information your browser makes available whenever you visit a website. This log information includes your Internet Protocol address, browser type, the date and time of your access and one or more cookies that may uniquely identify your browser. We use this information to operate, develop and improve our services.

Some of our services require you to register for an account. ReelinCash asks you for some personal information in order to create an account (typically your name, email address, e-gold account and a password for your account) and we will use that information to provide the service. For certain services, such as our advertising programs, we may request credit card or other payment information, which we maintain in encrypted form on our server.

Upon your first visit to ReelinCash, a cookie is sent to your computer that uniquely identifies your browser. A "cookie" is a small file containing a string of characters that is sent to your computer when you visit a website.

We will not sell, disclose or lease our member's personal information to any other entity, unless this information is required by a local Law Enforcement Agency's.

Using fraudulent information to complete offers and/or completing offers with fraudulent intent will result in the member's account being deleted without notice and without pay. Fraud includes, but is not limited to: using stolen credit cards to complete offers; using fake information to complete offers; using information that is not their own to complete offers; using pre-paid gift and/or credit cards to complete offers; complete offers more than once; canceling offers and/or trials immediately.

Payments are sent on or around the 20th-25th of each month for cash outs made the month before. ReelinCash does not payout to members who are outside of the USA, Canada or the UK. In addition, members with incomplete or inaccurate account information will not be paid. If necessary, payments may require additional time in order to be processed. Offers that the member completed in the past month may not always be confirmed the month after, as some offers take longer to receive commissions on. All ReelinCash members understand and acknowledge that no payment shall be made until ReelinCash has received payment from its advertisers. Before payment is made, every account on ReelinCash is audited to ensure that no fraud has taken place. ReelinCash will never be deemed as owing payment to any member. Payment will only be made after verification that the offers they completed have been validated and paid upon. ReelinCash reserves the right to request ID verification for any and all accounts. This request may be made without stated cause. If this request is denied, ReelinCash reserves the right to withhold funds.

ReelinCash shall, at no time, be held liable for any result of the use of the member's account. This includes, but is not limited to: termination, suspension, information dissemination, legal proceedings against you, damages (actual or consequential), suits, losses, judgments, litigation costs, attorneys' fees, and any other consequences. Any and all consequences of decisions the member makes on any website listed in 'offers' will be the sole responsibility of that member. ReelinCash will not be held responsible for any and all actions performed on any and all advertiser’s websites and/or with their products and services.

ReelinCash has no commitment toward any of their users and/or members. ReelinCash shall, at its discretion, terminate the service for any and/or all users and/or members at any time, without any notice. Upon termination, ReelinCash does not have any commitment toward any user/member whether past or present.

Termination of a member's account does not merit the creation of a new account. There is only one account per household allowed. If more than one account is created in the same household, this is considered fraud and both accounts will be deleted with all monies forfeited. ReelinCash may, for any reason, at any time, without prior notice or warning, terminate any account. These terminated accounts shall lose any and all potential benefits associated with the site, including, but not limited to cash earned and prizes requested. ReelinCash will not offer or owe anything to users whose accounts have been terminated and/or suspended. ReelinCash reserves the right to terminate the account and withhold payment from any and all members that are deemed to be fraudulently completing offers, no matter how significant the degree of fraud.

Please note this Privacy Policy will change from time to time. We expect most such changes to be minor, but there may be changes that are more significant. Regardless, we will post those changes on this page and, if the changes are significant, we will also provide a more prominent notice on our News Page. Each version will be noted at the top of the page.
